Points are awarded on qualifying purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash alternative. Rewards must be redeemed before their stated expiry date. Any accrued credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is earned.

Membership of the loyalty scheme is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or assigned to another individual. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the loyalty scheme, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity relating to the scheme may result in the removal of points, rewards, or membership.

Restaurant employees are not eligible to join or participate in the loyalty scheme.

Reward redemption is not available on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, or New Year's Eve.
